The Next Gen COO Community is a shadow committee to the LMA Operations Committee, who operate as an Executive Board for operations within the Lloyd’s market. Next Gen aims to increase engagement with the Next Generation of Operations Leaders at a time when the strategic priorities and objectives of Lloyd’s and the market would benefit from those that will live with the future, developing the future.
