As we mark the 25th anniversary of the events of 11 September 2001, join us for a unique and highly personal conversation with individuals who were directly involved in managing the unprecedented claims response that followed.

Few events have tested the insurance industry on the scale of 9/11. Beyond the profound human tragedy, it presented an extraordinary challenge for insurers, brokers, adjusters and experts tasked with responding in an environment of uncertainty, complexity and intense public scrutiny.
