The LMA is pleased to invite members to the second in our series of talks on law and jurisdiction:
Picking Your US Battleground. This is a practical session exploring how insurers can control where their disputes get decided and the merits or otherwise of US arbitration.
Attendees will gain an understanding of choice of jurisdiction in the US as it applies to (re)insurance policies.
