Members identified a number of strategic priorities for future discussion, including AI governance, litigation funding, US bad faith litigation, ESG and sustainability developments, and other emerging legal risks.
The Committee reviewed proposed refinements to the Belgian auxiliaries clause following feedback on its scope and application.
Members also discussed examples of complex governing law and jurisdiction issues arising in international placements, including challenges created by differing legal systems and policy wording interpretation.
