Nathan Adams, Chief People Officer at Lloyd’s, presented on the Dive In consultation and discussed early findings from a culture and talent perspective.

The Board then heard from Catherine Marshall, Director of Syndicate Performance and Claims at Lloyd’s, together with Domini Bucknell-Sargent, Head of Market Oversight Management at Lloyd’s. They talked the Board through the CPG planning process and the role of the new market oversight manager in this context.

Finally, the Board heard details on the Velonetic contracts project and planned Lloyd’s Wordings Repository digitalisation project.
