Lloyd’s Market Association Bulletin

The LMA has updated these model wordings in line with the forthcoming changes to the Oil Cap provisions.

These wordings will be loaded to the Lloyd’s repository and some additional guidance will follow.

All model clauses published by the LMA are purely illustrative and are distributed for the guidance of members, who are free to agree to different conditions or amend as they see fit.
