The group discussed progress across three focus areas: AI risk management, stress and scenario testing, and risk culture. Members were asked to nominate colleagues to support workstreams. The AI and stress testing groups will review draft scopes and finalise them for submission. A session with Hymans will be arranged to explore alignment with Lloyd’s geopolitical work. The risk culture team plans to meet and shape a survey for CROs, while also engaging relevant consultancies. Members discussed presenting at the CRO Forum in June and agreed to gather NED views to inform an ORSA presentation.
