The Delegated Authority Claims Management Group discussed how Lloyd’s Lab Discovery and Proof of Concept services could support elements of the draft DACMG strategy, agreeing to prioritise and share key problem statements for further exploration. The group reviewed progress on finalising the DACMG strategy and agreed next steps to prepare it for wider engagement with claims leaders. Updates were also provided on priority workstreams, including performance management information and coverholder onboarding, with discussion focused on ensuring claims requirements are clearly articulated and appropriately represented within wider market initiatives.
