Description
The LMA is pleased to invite members to Law and Jurisdiction for US and International Policies, a practical session exploring how law and jurisdiction provisions operate when writing US business and international risks.
The session will examine the importance of selecting the appropriate law and jurisdiction and how they can affect the handling of disputes and claims. Attendees will also gain an understanding of service of suit clauses, their intended purpose and how they should be drafted and applied within policies.
This session is designed to provide practical guidance for those involved in underwriting, drafting or reviewing policy wordings for US and international business.
